Lost Pines Experiences LLC. Rental Terms, Conditions and Rental Agreement
Reserving Equipment: Equipment and items will be reserved only upon receipt of a valid credit/debit card %50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and signed rental agreement.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Paying the payment request for the rental items associated with the attached pricing constitutes agreement to these rental terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the entire terms and conditions. The following conditions and its terms will set forth an agreement between Lost Pines Experiences LLC. and event host/client (client), for items displayed on the invoice and any other rentals stated in the notes area. These written terms and conditions set forth the full, written intention of the host/client.
Failure to return goods by specified date constitutes theft and will result in criminal charges. The renter will pay for any damages to the rented equipment incurred during the rental period, or while in the renters' possession. Should any equipment associated with the contract go missing, or is stolen, the renter agrees to be charged with the value of the equipment as stated on this rental agreement. The renter will advise Lost Pines Experiences LLC. of any change of address or telephone number that may occur while in possession of the listed goods.
All rental charges are to be paid in full by 8AM on the rental day or in exact cash at pickup or delivery.
Rental equipment is not covered by Lost Pines Experience’s insurance. The Renter assumes all financial responsibilities for the rented equipment. The renter will pay all overdue charges for any and all equipment returned after the return date. The renter will pay any fees incurred by the owner in the event of repossessing the items or collecting the rentals due. A %50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a rental reservation.
Upon delivery or pickup the renter agrees that all of the rentals are in satisfactory condition. If the client wants to notice some damage upon renting, they must do so before the items have either left our facility or when our staff is present for delivery/setup.
Delivery/Pickup Service:
Delivery: Delivery service is available on all orders regardless of size at a $30 fee. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. The client should be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup, otherwise, the counts will be considered accurate. Orders are typically delivered the day before or morning of the event. Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.
Pick up & Drop off: Pick up and Drop off is ONLY offered to bookings inside Bastrop County. There is no charge with this option. We maintain a strict pickup schedule to ensure our rental schedule runs smoothly. If items are brought back after the required time, the renter will be charged for another day. (This will be charged to the credit card on file). You may request a late drop-off time, and it may be granted if the rental schedule allows.
Return Condition:
Tables: Wipe down all table surfaces to remove dirt, food, and drink residues. Ensure all tape and decorations are removed.
Chairs: Wipe down all chairs to remove dirt and residues. Ensure all tape and decorations are removed.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee starting at $50.00 may apply for items requiring extra care if they are not returned in the condition specified above.
